About the Medical

Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) - formally OGUK

What is the OEUK medical?

To work in the offshore industry, personnel are typically required to complete an Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) medical. This medical replaced the previous Oil and Gas UK (OGUK) medical.

Once successfully completed, your OEUK medical certificate is usually valid for two years. In certain cases, a shorter validity period may be issued if additional medical monitoring is needed.

If you require a CA-EBS Fitness to Train certificate or a Chester Step Test, these can be obtained during your OEUK medical appointment, saving you time and ensuring all offshore requirements are met in a single visit.
